June 10 2011 ~Our Wedding~

I thot maybe i should add a post about our wedding since it was not that long ago..(: Mostly pictures probably..(: 

The journey we both took till God led us together is a whole story in itself!! Maybe someday i will post a blog about it. For now,,,wedding pictures are enough!!(:

car parkers (:

1. These are the gift receivers, they greet you at the door and take the gifts to a safe place to be stored untill after the reception, when it is time for us to open them!! All relatives of the bride and groom.

2. the two older girls were in charge of the guest books,(we had two stands to get people through as fast as possible) and the girls with the baskets handed out the programs.

3. Here are the ushers for the ceremony. Also relatives. 

4. The waiting..(: We had a special choir singing "Tread Softly" as we all filed in! The guys filed in from the left side of the auditorium in single file. The girls filed one by one from the back. Then the mini bride and groom together and my dad and i close behind them!!(:

6. The song leader for the congregational singing in the services. My oldest brother led the singing in the reception..

7. The reception ushers.

 8. The "special servers" serving the bridal table!(: Next best thing to being in the bridal party is being given the privilege to serve the bridal table!!(:

9. Reception managers. They did a WONDERFUL job!!

10.BRIDE'S FAMILY:

11. Oldest brother and his family!(: they have added a new boy to the family in the past month.(: Now they have 4!!(:

14. I am the fouth child in the family and my husband is a Godly man that exceeded all my dreams!!(:

15. My brother Henry and his, girlfriend then, fiance now. They have their wedding planned one year later and the same weekend as ours! June 8th 2012 is the planned date. Ours was June 10th 2011!!

23. His whole family. He is the oldest of his family, and of the grandchildren on his mom's side and the first to get married!

25. My youngest sister was maid of honor and his brother was best man..(I still think that my husband was the best man!!!) lol

The cooks and their helpers. They did a good job in fixing the Ham and Potato Casserole, corn, salad and cake and ice cream!!(:

29. Can you see we had two tables, one on each side of the door coming into the reception hall? Those were our punch servers. We had raspberry punch and pretzels as appetizers! 

 30. The two girls are sisters and they were our photographers. The guy in the middle shot the video and he did (they all did!) a wonderful, awesome job!!

 31. My dear friend Gracie was gift registrar..As we opened the gifts, she wrote down who gave it and what

We had approx. 330 guests altho we had set for 400. We both had large families(MANY relatives) and lots of friends!!! My colors were lavender, silver and green. It was a wonderful day and i'm very glad to be married to such an awesome man! Phil is kind and thoughful, yet a big tease!!(: He says now that he doesnt have his mom and sisters to tease, he has to take it out on me!!(: I give it right back to him!!(:
